By ordering services of LERAIL LLC, you give your consent to processing (including collection, storage, use and distribution, destruction, including using information (automated) systems) by the service provider within the scope you shared for purposes of rendering services.
Personal data is being processed for purposes of identification of the personal data owner as the Client and rendering respective services.
The service proivder does not process personal data on racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, convictions of criminal punishment, as well as data related to health, sexual life, biometrics or genetic data.
Personal data is processed by the service provider in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" during the period of redering respective services and after termination of rendering services are considered as expired and in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" shall be destroyed in accordance with the procedure provided for the legislation of Ukraine on the personal data protection.
Information received during the rendering of services is confidential and is not subject to disclosure to third parties, except upon a direct instruction of the Client and/or in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation of Ukraine.
By giving your consent hereby you assume responsibility for the accuracy and reliability of your personal data, its timely updating, as well as undertakes to observe and comply with the legislation of Ukraine on personal data protection.
In accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", as a personal data owner, you have the right to:
1) know about the location of the database of personal data, which contains his/her personal data, its purpose and name, the location of its controller and administrator,
2) obtain information about the terms of access to personal data, including information about a third party to which his/her personal data contained in the relevant personal database was transmitted,
3) access to his/her personal data contained in the relevant personal database,
4) receive within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided by the law, the answer on whether his/her personal data is stored in respective personal database, as well as to receive the contents of his/her stored personal data,
5) present a reasoned request on objection to the processing of his/her personal data by state bodies, local authorities in the exercise of their powers stipulated by the law,
6) present a reasoned request to change or delete his/her personal data by any holder and/or administrator of the database if the data processed illegally or is unreliable,
7) protect his/her personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage in connection with intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision thereof, as well as protection against providing information that is unreliable or defamatory of honour, dignity and business reputation of an individual,
8) appeal for protection of his/her rights regarding personal data to state bodies, local authorities, whose powers include protection of personal data,
9) apply remedies in the event of violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data.
